1. The service

Gilt Select publishes independent editorial notes about hotels at giltselect.com. Rankings and copy are opinion grounded in public sources. The site is not a booking engine, travel agency checkout, gambling operator, payment processor, or investment advice service.

2. Acceptable use

You may read and share links for personal, non-commercial reference. Do not scrape the site in a way that harms availability, misrepresent our rankings as a paid endorsement, or use the content to imply we sell rooms or take wagers.

3. Accuracy

Hotels change rates, wings and policies often. Confirm rooms, fees and opening status with the property before you travel. See the Disclaimer.

4. Intellectual property

Site design, original text and our arrangement of the list belong to Gilt Select. Hotel names, logos and marks remain the property of their owners.

5. Liability

Within Czech and applicable law, Gilt Select is not liable for itinerary choices after you read a stamped chapter, for external sites you visit next, or for temporary gaps while harbour notes reprint.

6. Adults and gaming context

Some properties include gaming floors for adults only. Age limits and rules differ by country. We do not offer games, accounts or deposits — see Select Care.
